Returns & Exchanges
Due to the handcrafted and delicate nature of our products, we accept returns or exchanges only in the following cases:
- The product is damaged during shipping
- The product received is defective
- The product received is incorrect or different from what was ordered
We do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind
- Minor variations in color, size, or design (as handmade items may naturally vary)
- Damage caused after delivery
- Customized or made-to-order items
Return Request Timeline
To be eligible for a return or replacement:
- You must contact us within 15 Days of receiving your order
- Requests made after 15 Days may not be accepted

Condition of Returned Items
Returned items must:
- Be unused and in original condition
- Include original packaging
- Be securely packed to avoid further damage
We reserve the right to reject returns if the item does not meet these conditions.
Refund Process
Once your return request is approved and the item is inspected:
- Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
Please note that processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Replacement Policy
In cases of damaged or incorrect items:
- We may offer a replacement instead of a refund
- If the item is out of stock, a refund will be issued
Replacement shipping charges will be covered by Craft N Walls in approved cases.
Shipping Damage
We carefully pack all orders to ensure safe delivery. However, if your item arrives damaged:
- Please do not discard the packaging
- Contact us within 48 hours
- Provide clear photos of both the product and packaging
Handmade Product Disclaimer
As our products are handcrafted, slight variations in:
- Color
- Pattern
- Texture
- Size
are natural and not considered defects. These variations add to the uniqueness and charm of handmade products.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
